After starting in the entertainment industry, Stefani was one of the earliest team members at Thrive Market where she helped build and scale the influencer and community program responsible for the brand's growth to 4 million members in under two years before any paid spend. Since then she has worked with companies including Ritual, Viome, Our Place, and Ozlo Sleep, and 30+ other personal and consumer lifestyle brands and works with Summit Series to support partnerships and community development.
