About Me 

I’ve had the great opportunity to work with some amazing companies devoted to making a positive impact in the world. After Brillstein, I was 4th employee of Thrive Market and then I launched a consulting business helping lifestyle brands build, launch, and scale. I worked with companies including Ritual, Viome, & Our Place bringing their visions to life and supporting their path to becoming household names.

I’ve learned growth begins within. When we tend to our inner experience, we empower growth, are able to create at scale, and embody a state of inner peace which generates more peace in the world. I’m here to consult you on your personal inner journey.

As we go inward and reconnect to the core of who we really are, we uncover blockages and sabateurs and get to undo destructive patterns that can keep us stuck and cause harm to ourselves and others.

I believe global healing and peace requires a commitment to this process from every individual. My intention is to use what I’ve learned to support people on this path to live happier and healthier lives easily and quickly so we move closer together instead of further apart.

Once we stabilize a harmonious inner body at the root, we can operationalize and monetize this love. First we have to find it, reconnect with it and get out of the way.

Cultivating a healthy inner system enables compassionate and effective communication for oneself and others. This enables building stronger teams, products, services, and communities that unify instead of divide. And to anchor the structures needed to serve more people and make the greatest positive impact possible for all.

When we bring to life that which we wish to create in the world from this place, everybody wins and we all grow more well together.
